Q: Are the terms of delivery respected ?

A: Yes they are respected, are some services where delivery times are 1-3 days, for some of those if customer will submit the job in the morning are big chance for him to receive the result same day wich is much quick than maximum time 3 days and it quicker even by minimum time, but unfortanly in this kind of bussines can hapends unpredictable things like provider is ill, the acces password is changed and other problems, this kind of problems can provide delayes So always the customer of service must be prepared for some delays(of course we hope that delays will never be, but it is very difficult to avoid them)
